With nearly 80 years of combined real estate experience, Charrette Community Management has assembled a team of real estate professionals with diverse experience - residential to commercial development, maintenance to management, marketing to financial analysis, owner to service provider.  We believe a diversified team provides a synergy and efficiency which enables the whole to produce more than just the sum of its parts.  We can provide a wide range of property management solutions for our wide range of owners and residents.

Robert Petersen, Co-Founder & President

Robert is one of the founding members of Charrette Community Management and brings thirty years of experience to the table.

 

Robert's background includes asset management and property management for both market-rate and low-income/affordable projects for companies such as Community Asset Management Co., US Bancorp Community Development Corp., Related Capital Company (now Centerline Capital), The Michelson Organization, and The Medve Group.  

 

Elaine Conroy, Co-Founder & Executive Vice President

Elaine is one of the founding members of Charrette Community Management and brings twenty years of experience to the table.

 

Elaine's background includes business management, asset management for a variety of low-income, historic and new markets tax credit projects, financial and feasibility analysis, as well as real estate development with companies such as Community Asset Management Co., US Bancorp Community Development Corp., Discovery Group, and Paragon Group.  

 

Rita Fogle, C.P.A., Accounting Manager

Rita joined Charrette Community Management in July 2008 and brings twenty-four years of accounting/taxation experience to the company.  Her current responsibilities include managing the daily accounting functions for the properties, monthly financial report preparation, internal control compliance, annual audit preparation, and establish/maintains the company web-based productivity system.

 

Rita's background includes several accounting manager positions with not-for-profit and governmental organizations, as well as tax/accounting consulting for local, small businesses.  She started her career in audit and taxation with RubinBrown Certified Public Accountants, including the area of real estate. She has served on various Boards as a volunteer Treasurer or President. She has maintained her Certified Public Accounting certification since November 1989 and is a long standing member of the National Association of Tax Professionals.
